Shipping Policy

  • 100% Canadian - No Duties!

    All orders are shipped out of our Vancouver warehouse located in Canada. You will never have to worry about additional customs or brokerage fees when ordering within Canada.

  • FREE Ground Shipping on order over $300 within Canada (some exceptions apply for a handful of isolated locations). Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $29.99 for orders under $300.

  • Local Pickup is available and free of charge.

  • If the product is in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and another 2-14 business days (estimated) for delivery, based on location.

  • ​If the product is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days.

 

GROUND SHIPPING

  • Packages may be delivered by Purolator, FedEx, UPS or Canadapost.

  • FedEx and Canadapost may deliver on Saturdays.

  • Free ground shipping may not be available to  P. O. Boxes or some restriction addresses (please contact us to verify).

  • Please review the inspection guidelines for ground shipping when accepting delivery.
